Dr.
Aldridge Vaillant is a Trustee of Earth Ethics Foundation and a
Professor of Educational Leadership at Connecticut State University,
where he has held both administrative and faculty positions. Dr.
Vaillant established the Department of Curriculum, Research and
Supervision which later became the Department of Educational Leadership.
Dr. Vaillant served as its first chairman, later serving as the Division
Director of the Division of Professional Education. Dr. Vaillant started
the training school for ZADCO, one of the major oil companies in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Dr. Vaillant has authored,
along with Dr. Suad Vaillant, Evaluating Research in Education and
the Behavioral Sciences, a textbook on educational research.
